We are now hiring in Montreal for Bilingual Customer Service. 

** During Covid-19: We have taken to social distancing. You will be interviewed by phone and work from home. We will provide you a computer and phone equipment (typically via courier). Once rules are relaxed, you may be asked to come and work from our office **

About the Position:

Our office located in Central East Montreal is hiring Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representatives. This is a full time position. 5 days on, 2 days off (not necessarily weekends). We have two shifts 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm. 

As  a CSR you will provide top customer service to incoming calls from our clients and help them with any issues they are experiencing. There is no sales or outbound calling required. You may also provide service to customers via email and online chat. 

We are lookng for:

  • Bilingual French / English
  • Previous customer service experience ideal but not required
