ERP TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

An ERP Technical Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring proper functionality of the organization's DIVALTO enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Responsible for managing the system, ensuring uptime and data accuracy, and identifying areas for improvement. This position will collaborate with IT department within the company to ensure that the ERP system addresses the business requirements adequately.

This position will be based out of our head office in Surrey and it is a hybrid role.

 

Responsibilities

  • End-user support for CONVOY with some involvement in SOPREMA Group brands (SOPREMA, RESISTO, Chem Link, DERBIGUM…etc.)
  • Monitor and manage ERP system to ensure smooth and efficient operation
  • Using ticketing systems to log, track and prioritize issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain records of incidents
  • Functional support for Inventory/WMS, TMS (transport), and Accounting
  • Assist in ERP system updates, patches and enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT team to ensure updates are applied without disruptions
  • Participate in testing activities to validate ERP functionality for updates and bug fixes
  • Work on system improvements with the IT team
  • Monitor and address security related incidents promptly
  • Conduct training sessions for end users on ERP system
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to enhance proficiency in using the ERP software

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in Information Technology Support
  • Prior experience in ERP systems, logistics preferred.
  • Solid SQL knowledge
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the ERP environment
  • Understanding of structured programming
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting understanding
  • Ability to travel within US and Canada
