Dispatcher

Location: Edmonton, AB  (10 Minutes West)

Our company is an independently owned Alberta based transportation company operating throughout Western Canada. We have been serving the transportation, construction, petrochemical, agricultural, and forestry industries for over 40 years.

We are seeking a hardworking, reliable professional dispatcher to join our team.

Qualifications

• Multiple years’ experience as a dispatcher in the transportation industry
• Excellent and fast computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and staff
• Able to problem solve and take care of issues and emergencies independently

We offer

• A salary commensurate with experience in the $60-$80 K range
• Employment as a contractor or employee

Other information

We offer 2 shifts, Monday to Friday. Morning is 7am-4pm and afternoon shift is 11am-8pm. No late nights.

You will be expected on a rotating basis to take emergency calls after hours.
