About the Company:

We are a leading provider of corporate healthcare services and we are currently seeking a Bilingual Disability Nurse Case Manager in Montreal, Quebec.  

As the Disability Nurse Case Manager, you will be managing various psychological disability claims in order to facilitate and expedite appropriate care and return to work. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills, and be a people-person who thrives in a team environment.

Your Tasks:

• Manage STD, LTD, and WSIB psychological disability claims
• Review information to determine accuracy of diagnosis and treatment
• Client assessments via telephone
• Responding to client needs in an organized and timely manner
• Recommend and facilitate appropriate assessments and treatment within medical guidelines
• Review estimated duration of disability based on diagnosis and treatment recommendations
• Determine return to work timeframe and oversee planning
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

We Require:

• Must have RPN or RN designation
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Disability Case Manager or related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to multi-task
