Process Operator – Warehouse

We are seeking a Process Operator to start immediately at our manufacturing facility in Calgary. This role will work primarily in the warehouse with the possibility of moving to outside bulk. This is an hourly position from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday with possible shift work in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders, accurately and on time
• Ship/load of customer orders onto trailers and small trucks
• Issue of Bills of Lading for all outgoing loads and to ensure all proper documentation
• Receive inbound materials, ensuring that all items received are in good condition and match provided paperwork
• Manage inventory of components, additives, and finished goods and ensure accurate counts of inventory as it comes in and goes out, rotate stock and properly handle any damaged materials
• Minor maintenance and preventative maintenance to equipment when required
• Receive inbound oil rail cars and offload to tank farm
• Top and bottom load bulk oil lubricants into bulk truck

• Strong focus on HSSE and adhere to all safety protocols

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Related experience is required in either warehouse operations, packaging or outside bulk
• Electric and propane Fork lift operations required, both sit down and stand up models
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team environment
• Strong commitment to quality and be able to understand the impacts on the business
• Dependable and reliable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
